What remains outside this scorecard?
This framework does not inspect a yacht, authenticate every certificate, establish bank-account ownership, predict weather, guarantee service or determine enforceability. Public research cannot establish a particular yacht’s live availability, current crew, mechanical condition or permission for a proposed itinerary.
The weights and thresholds should be tested on completed charter files and refined through organiser interviews. Recruitment advertisements and podcast/video show notes were used as research leads, not as proof of individual yacht performance. No named supplier has been ranked or endorsed here.
